Introducing Olga Stefurak Schwartz, Alliance Committee member

“The daughter of Ukrainian refugees who emigrated to the United States following World War II, I was the first in my family to attend college. A graduate of both Pennsylvania State University and the University of Pennsylvania, I have been a physical therapist for 40 years. I am proud to be credentialed with the McKenzie Institute, a charitable education trust in New Zealand, which promotes Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of spine and extremity joint pain. My husband, (AAOMS Vice President) Paul, and I moved back to our hometown of Pittsburgh, Pa., three years ago after more than 30 years in southern Maryland, where we raised our four children. I am excited to join the Alliance Committee to support its important work.”
